Sometimes. If an item closes without the reserve being met, we may contact all the bidders and offer the item at a discounted price. These bidders are not obligated to accept the new price. If it is accepted, payment would be due that within 1-2 days.
If there are no takers on the second chance offer, the item is simply re-posted.
