At the top of the auction is a MAKE OFFER feature. HCA has created a price range in which we will review offers on the item. To use, select a dollar amount within that price range and submit your bid.
If we accept the bid, you automatically win that item. The auction is closed (even if there are bids) and you are declared the winner. You will be required to make full payment that day. So please do not use this feature unless you really want the item and are able to pay that day via Paypal.com
If we do NOT accept the bid, you will not receive a confirmation from us and the auction will simply go on without interruption.
