Placing a bid is a binding contract. Please read the terms and conditions throughly before you register.
If you are simply the high bidder on an item, do not place any more bids and hope to be outbid.
If you placed a bid on an item with a RESERVE and the RESERVE has NOT been met, then simply do not bid anymore and the item will close not meeting it's reserve. You will not be obligated at that time.
